- How long will it take my items to reach me?
- Your items are shipped to you from New York City using USPS Priority or First Class service and, after 3-7 days processing, will take approximately one to two weeks to reach you depending on your location. Please ask me about express shipping if necessary.
Can you customize?
- When it comes to tunes you can choose from the song-list of almost 30 melodies. If you're having trouble deciding, you can listen to many of them here: Listen To Them Play
- Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
- No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
What other methods of payments do you take?
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express which are accepted through PayPal. E-Checks are also accepted through PayPal but I can not ship your item until it has cleared. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. If you would like to pay for an item in installments I can set that up for you.
How secure is this store?
- This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
What is your return policy?
- Items that are not made to order can be returned within 14 days of shop dispatch for a full refund less a $10 re-stocking fee, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition. This does not apply to items which have been altered to your specifications. Please note that return postage is at your (the customer’s) expense. Please email me to let me know you are going to ship the items back as soon as possible after receipt. All goods must be returned to me in the same manner as it was originally shipped (i.e. boxed so as not to crush the jewellery) I highly recommend using a signed for/traceable service as I cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on its journey back to me! Refunds will be processed by the original method of payment; I can not refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to fund the original transaction.
If something is wrong with the item itself please let me know immediately so that we can take care of it.
